The Red Oak Grille is a public restaurant and bar located in Basking Ridge, NJ. It is on the grounds of New Jersey National Golf Club. Perched atop Schley Mountain, just minutes from downtown Basking Ridge, Red Oak Grille offers breathtaking views of the sweeping Somerset Hills, while overlooking the grounds of the top-rated golf course.

Julio Castellanos, Red Oak Grille’s Chef, has worked under award-winning chefs David Felton and Chef Juan Jose Cuevas, where he learned innovative techniques to fuse French cuisine with international dishes.
