Pierre Bohemond
, General Manager 

    Our goal is to make the Red Oak Grille restaurant and lounge your favorite place to enjoy outstanding, flavorful, tasteful and unique food selections at an attractive price range, and to entertain you in our friendly bar/lounge with live bands on Saturdays (Please, always check our calendar for band schedule).

    After 30+ years in the private Club industry I am very excited to manage the outstanding New Jersey National Golf Club and the Red Oak Grille restaurant. Teamed up with our Exceptional Chef, Oliver Filley and very Hospitable F&B Director, Jason Ruggiero,  I am confident we will achieve our goal.

Oliver Filley
, Executive Chef

    Talent and experience are the perfect recipe for a successful chef, and Oliver Filley brings both to the Red Oak Grille as our Executive Chef. Chef Filley received his training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City and has 17 years of experience in the culinary field. He has honed his skills at some of the area's most notable restaurants including The Bernards Inn, Tewksbury Inn, Long Valley Brew Pub and Chatfield's. However, Oliver's most impressive success came as the Chef Proprietor of 89 Main in Peapack during the late 90s. Chef Filley is a local native who grew up on a farm in Bedminster where he could see the Hills Development. He gained an early appreciation for fresh, seasonal ingredients and the delicious meals prepared by his mother. It was that love of food and cooking that attracted Oliver to the culinary field.

James Perkalis
, Sous-Chef

   James Perkalis came to the Red Oak Grill with 30 years of culinary experience to serve as Sous-Chef. James began his career at Portifino's Italian Restaurant, from there he established himself as a corporate chef for several years. Subsequently he worked in renowned restaurants such as Poet's in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and locally at the Bernard's Inn, Sammy's Cider Mill, the Black Horse Inn and Martha's Washington Tea Room. Overall James Perkalis is versatile and bursting with raw talent. He is a superb chef with an undeniable gift.

Jason Ruggiero, Director of Food & Beverage

    Jason may be the new Director of Food and Beverage at the Red Oak Grille but he is certainly not new to New Jersey National Golf Club. Starting in 1998, Jason worked his way from cleaning dirty golf clubs to the restaurant manager in only two years. Through the years Jason has come to see New Jersey National as his home and the members and staff as his family. Jason left New Jersey National in 2005 for the corporate restaurant experience. While away he received valuable knowledge and experience in the executive side of the food and beverage industry. Jason has come back to New Jersey National Golf Club energized and excited to add his new flair to the Red Oak Grille.
